Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $45-$60 per hour, based on experience and education, paid weekly through direct deposit.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team in a K-12 setting. As an RBT in this role, you will be at the heart of supporting students to reach their full potential while collaborating with staff and parents.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Active RBT Certification
  • Prior experience working with special education students
  • Mild/moderate/severe experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Punctual

Interview Process

The interview process will include a 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter and a 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with the district. Offers are typically made within 24 hours of the interview.
