Job SummaryThe Banquet House Attendant provides exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the banquet function space is clean, well-maintained, and set up according to the banquet event order. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, break down, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
- Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware and supplies for service, ensuring they are in good condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
- Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel's receiving area and store them safely and securely.
- Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire shift.
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Must be able to work all shifts, including AMs, PMs, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
