Customer Relations Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from customers.
  • Document customer details in our service database.

Customer Relations Specialist Requirements:

  • Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license.

  • Possess a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
