We are seeking a skilled Box Office Attendant to join our team at the Mullins Center. As a Box Office Attendant, you will be responsible for operating the Paciolan ticketing system, providing excellent customer service to guests, and ensuring a smooth event experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Paciolan ticketing system with efficiency and accuracy
- Understand and communicate event details, including ticket prices, discounts, and seating configurations
- Provide world-class customer service to patrons
- Reconcile all monies received from ticket sales
- Maintain confidentiality and perform additional duties as assigned by the Box Office Manager
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Windows-based computers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience working with the public and cash
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
