Job Overview

Position: RF Design Engineer

Compensation: $105,000 annually

Location: Hybrid work model with in-office presence required a few days a week.

Contract Duration: 12 months or longer

Role Responsibilities

The RF Design Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Developing RF designs with a focus on 5G technology and Planet design methodologies.
  • Collaborating with local teams in a hybrid work environment, requiring occasional office attendance.
  • Leading the creation of 5G projects from initial concepts and conducting high-level NR coverage and capacity assessments.
  • Simulating Channel State Information Reference Signals (CSI-RS) using specific configurations in partnership with the InfoVista team.
Qualifications

  • Experience in RF design, particularly in 5G systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for capacity analysis and coverage planning.
