Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

DIFILIPPO is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong ability to motivate and train a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership
  • Strong ability to motivate and train a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
