Our client is looking for dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) who are passionate about enhancing the skills and lives of students. This is a contract position.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Design and execute Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
  • Conduct screenings and assessments
  • Refer students for further evaluation when necessary
  • Create effective lesson plans and progress documentation
  • Complete necessary Medicaid forms
  • Participate in all relevant meetings regarding students in your caseload
  • Maintain clear communication with parents and educators through various channels
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist State License (CCC-SLP)
  • State Education Certification
  • At least one year of experience in a school environment or working with children
  • Experience assisting children with articulation, auditory processing issues, and learning disabilities
  • Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
