As a Club Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in various operational functions, assisting the management team and engaging with players and their families. Your duties will encompass greeting young members, overseeing player activities, enforcing club policies, and supporting administrative functions as required.

  • Manage check-in and check-out processes for youth members attending lessons
  • Foster a secure and enjoyable atmosphere
  • Supervise participants during and after their lessons
  • Uphold club rules and standards
  • Facilitate effective communication with parents and coaches

The ideal candidate will be lively, detail-oriented, and proactive. While prior experience in a sports club is not mandatory, a passion for the role and excellent communication abilities are essential. Familiarity with social media and first aid/CPR certification will be advantageous.
