We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at the Balboa Bay Resort & Club. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages to guests
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a food service or barista role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
  • Basic knowledge of food and coffee preparation, service standards, and guest relations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of employment
