Job Description

The Oracle Technical Analyst will be responsible for designing and developing RICE-W in the Oracle Federal Financial modules, supporting all technical activities, and following the processes outlined to achieve CMMI Level 3. The successful candidate will prepare design alternatives and design specification documents, meet with customers, and manage analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in Oracle Financials R12/R11 and Oracle databases, with strong skills in PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, BI Publisher, Alerts, and Workflow development. They will also have experience with EDI Interfaces, using X12 standards, and strong technical knowledge of OA Framework development.

The selected candidate will perform technical analysis of patches and open SRs with the product owner, perform impact analysis of product updates released periodically by the vendor, and provide operational support in Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financial Modules on a daily basis.

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years' experience in Oracle Financials R12/R11 and Oracle databases
  • Strong skills in PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, BI Publisher, Alerts, and Workflow development
  • Experience with EDI Interfaces, using X12 standards
  • Strong technical knowledge of OA Framework development
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
