This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite 2-3 days a week. To be eligible, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent resident.

The contractor will be responsible for modernizing the financial business processes for USAC, including implementing Oracle EBS. This involves two workstreams: one for the Federal Universal Service Fund and one for the commercial USAC entity. The work includes Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare.

This request is to support Release 1 deployment. As a Cloud Integration Specialist, you will work on client's key operations and business solutions. You will analyze, design, and develop client's information systems and program specifications, and be involved in the creation of specification/requirements, and maintenance/design/build/test phases of systems and applications.

You may also be asked to provide technical support and analysis of infrastructure projects and production environment, develop upgrade/improvement recommendations, monitor, plan, and measure the impact of new products and services.

Codes, tests, and debugs applications and programs. May participate in the application design of systems, including the use of analytical techniques. Develops program specifications and detail design documents. Assists in testing, training, and preparation of operations. Works on systems business intelligence or decision support systems supporting client's key operations.

Roles may include: System Analyst, Programmer, Developer, Designer, Tester. Experienced with frequent use and application of technical standards, principals, and theories. Works under general supervision, providing solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Minimum 3 years of experience, bachelor's degree.

Required skills/Level of Experience:

  • Experience implementing OIC, demonstrated hands on experience building integrations using OIC Gen2 or Gen 3.
  • OIC OCP or Associate certification is a plus, but hands on experience is the more important attribute.
  • Knowledge on Oracle Database from a developer perspective is also required - to develop complex queries and handle other CRUD operations.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services is also needed.
  • Experience with implementing Oracle EBS on OCI through the project lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment, and sustainment).
