Senior Digital Creative Director

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Creative Director to lead our team of designers and copywriters in creating innovative digital projects. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the vision and execution of our work, ensuring it meets the highest standards of creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality digital projects, leveraging expertise in visual design, user experience, and content strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a strong digital portfolio, showcasing our company's innovative work and thought leadership in the industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure creative vision aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
  • Flourish in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in advertising agency or in-house agency digital experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, art direction, art, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in visual design principles and creative strategy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Aftereffects, with expertise in 3D and video a plus.
  • Strong typography skills, composition skills, and color sense, with knowledge of page layout in Figma.
  • Telecomm experience a plus, with ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
