About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Global Education Services to lead our comprehensive Education and Training strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative internal and external education and training programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing project and product initiatives to enhance the Education customer experience and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Product Management teams to oversee Education & Training deliverables throughout the product development and maintenance processes, ensuring effective dissemination of training initiatives.
  • Product Management: Manage the P&L, product management, and go-to-market strategy for current Education Services, including clinical and biomedical education, and develop a roadmap for future offerings.
  • Education Services Prioritization: Set education services priorities based on region, employee, and customer feedback, partnering with services IT and Center of Excellence to ensure global education services meet Ultrasound needs.
  • Customer Education: Manage Ultrasound customer education portfolio, partnering with project managers to identify outcomes and design training and education learning paths and content plans for new product introductions.
  • Knowledge Management: Establish and scale the Ultrasound knowledge management strategy, supporting regions in deploying customer education professional services.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in people management leadership roles, with a strong track record in growing and developing teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong skills in managing and optimizing P&Ls, preferably in the Education Services space, and clinical credentials in the Ultrasound space are preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Education, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related discipline preferred.
  • Collaboration: Influencer working effectively with other leaders and collaborating with teams located around the world with a can-do mentality.
