This position requires a proactive individual adept in change management and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analyses of processes or business decisions to swiftly pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Develop and prioritize the platform roadmap based on stakeholder feedback.

• Design and implement solutions addressing business challenges or objectives.

• Understand and troubleshoot basic triggers and the impacts of Apex code.

• Gather requirements and translate them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.

• Provide user support and manage escalations.

Salesforce Configuration:

• Execute Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.

• Conduct proactive system maintenance such as Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizations.

User and License Management:

• Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, Organizational Wide Defaults (OWD), and sharing rules.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, specifically with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud in the Media sector. Familiarity with Apex, Tableau, and Zapier/Mulesoft is advantageous.

• Experience in data migration, user onboarding, and support.

Certifications and Skills:

• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications are required.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and active participation in the Salesforce Community.

• Proven ability to facilitate relationships between business partners and stakeholders.

• Leadership and consensus-building capabilities.

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
