Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Speed Queen Blue Ridge. As a key member of our laundry store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with payment systems, machine selection, and retail purchases, while providing a positive and friendly store experience.
  • Store Safety and Security: Maintain a safe environment by following proper security procedures and prioritizing employee and customer safety.
  • Store Cleanliness and Upkeep: Ensure the highest level of cleanliness is maintained inside and outside the store at all times.
  • Retail and Wash/Dry/Fold: Maintain a good visual presentation of retail products, process sales accurately, and provide a consistent quality product to customers.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of commercial laundry products and payment systems is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Effective communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, build strong customer relationships, and basic computer skills.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, manual dexterity, and lifting.
