Software Development Manager for ML Acceleration

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our ML Applications - Framework team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and deploying ML applications and use cases on various frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a strong team of engineers to design and deploy ML applications and use cases on various frameworks.
- Develop reliability, scalability features, and performance updates in the Neuron ML Frameworks.
- Contribute to other popular open frameworks to enable them to work seamlessly with Trainium and Inferentia devices.
- Partner with product and program management teams to define product directions and deliver them to customers.
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
- 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience.
- 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
- 2 years of experience leading teams that develop machine learning models using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Experience working with large distributed fleets of GPU or other accelerated systems.
