LevelTen Energy is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team in Seattle. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving projects for our engineering programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to build out our platform and operations & infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your technical expertise to resolve complex issues and drive software development projects from inception to deployment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and collaboration documents to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage risks and dependencies across projects, removing blockers and ensuring timely completion.
  • Juggle multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, performing scope management and eliminating non-value-add activity.
  • Proactively identify problem areas and mobilize the right people to resolve issues, maintaining a regular report that communicates status clearly and accurately.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong communicator with experience in project management of highly technical initiatives.
  • A solid grasp of technical concepts, with the ability to understand designs, challenges, and risks to provide recommendations and drive decisions.
  • A highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of following up with others to drive project deliverables to completion.
  • Comfortable managing projects involving team members across different time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust with a variety of stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in a hands-on Technical Program Manager role.
  • Experience at a SaaS company driving complex programs within an Engineering organization through the SDLC.
  • Experience with APIs, databases, infrastructure, and application/service delivery.
  • Experience managing project work in JIRA or an equivalent system.
