Project Manager Role

nFocus Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic documentation to support business plans and processes, ensuring consistency across teams.
  • Break down project requirements into achievable deliverables with clear timelines, leveraging business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Establish communication channels to address obstacles, manage budgets, and drive progress, fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Utilize data-driven insights to allocate resources effectively and assign tasks, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
  • Create performance metrics and monitor team actions for leadership visibility, driving business results.
  • Ensure transparency into project progress, risks, and issues, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Manage scope creep through research and discussion, ensuring project deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement, driving business excellence.
  • Maintain change management processes with proper documentation, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives for ongoing enhancement, driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in software project management, with a strong background in business development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on business administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc., with a strong understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with a strong business acumen.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on business results.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on business excellence.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong understanding of business processes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, with a strong understanding of business processes.
  • Experience with SaaS or web solutions, with a focus on business development.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and tools, with a strong understanding of business excellence.
