Key Responsibilities:
- Employ scheduling software to oversee calendars and guarantee precise and current scheduling details.
- Support the scheduling efforts for a significant $5B mega project.
- Serve as a communication bridge among clients, team members, and departments to confirm schedules and address any conflicts.
- Keep meticulous records of appointments and meetings, inputting relevant data into scheduling systems.
- Create reports and assess scheduling metrics to pinpoint trends and propose enhancements to processes.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and validate scheduling reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents regarding updates to the schedule.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in scheduling is preferred.
- A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in P6 is required.
- Experience working with leading ENR General Contractors is essential.
- Experience managing large-scale projects is necessary.
