Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our Crystal Growth team at The Q Works Group. As a critical component of our production process, this role involves operating crystal growth furnaces and preparing growth chambers.

Key Duties:

  • Perform various tasks related to the crystal growth process, including weighing and measuring raw materials.
  • Operate equipment such as crystal growth furnaces and measuring devices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production operations.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a technical field is desired.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with standard hand tools and measuring instruments.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
