Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating embroidery machines and Direct to Garment machines, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Manufacturing department, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery and equipment. As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our production team to maintain high-quality products and meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate embroidery machines and Direct to Garment machines to produce high-quality products.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Inspect completed products and materials to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and follow safe work practices at all times.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience running small machinery in a Manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience performing routine maintenance and/or simple repairs to small machinery in a Manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Close visual acuity to rethread sewing needles, inspect products, materials, and machinery for accuracy, quality, and defects.
  • Finger dexterity to manipulate small objects and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail.
