Senior Level Flood Insurance Attorney

Kuhn Raslavich, P.A. is a plaintiff's civil litigation firm based in Florida seeking a highly experienced flood insurance attorney to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal court litigation, specifically in flood insurance claims. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and arguing complex motions;
- Preparing and submitting pleadings and discovery documents;
- Conducting depositions and participating in mediations;
- Engaging in trial proceedings;
- Participating in firm-sponsored marketing events;
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus commission-based incentives, unlimited paid time off, and comprehensive health, life, dental, and vision benefits (after the applicable waiting period) are available for this position.

Essential Qualifications:
- Active membership in the Florida Bar;
- Minimum two years of experience in flood insurance litigation;
- Strong expertise in drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions;
- Superior research and writing abilities;
- Proficiency in Westlaw and Microsoft Office;
- Extensive deposition and mediation experience;
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual
