About Our CompanyKuhn Raslavich, P.A. is a plaintiff's civil litigation firm based in Tampa, Orlando, and Boca Raton, Florida. We are seeking a mid to senior-level attorney experienced in handling and litigating flood insurance claims.

Job SummaryWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary of $120,000 per year, as well as commission, incentive bonuses, unlimited paid time off, and comprehensive health, life, dental, and vision benefits (eligibility after the applicable waiting period).

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and arguing motions to effectively represent our clients' interests.
  • Drafting pleadings and discovery documents to gather critical information for case preparation.
  • Taking and defending depositions to uncover key evidence.
  • Attending mediations to negotiate settlements that benefit our clients.
  • Conducting trials to advocate for our clients' rights.
  • Participating in firm-sponsored marketing events to raise awareness about our services.

Requirements
  • Active member of the Florida Bar with at least two years of flood insurance litigation experience.
  • Excellent research and writing abilities to craft compelling arguments.
  • Experience with Westlaw and Microsoft Office products to streamline case management.
  • Deposition and mediation experience to navigate complex legal situations.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual capable of operating under minimal supervision.
