Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flood Insurance Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in handling and litigating flood insurance claims. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for unlimited earning potential and a fun work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and arguing motions to ensure effective representation of our clients' interests;
  • Drafting pleadings and discovery documents to gather crucial information and build strong cases;
  • Taking and defending depositions to uncover key details and protect our clients' rights;
  • Attending mediations to negotiate settlements that benefit our clients;
  • Conducting trials to advocate for our clients' interests and achieve favorable outcomes;
  • Participating in firm-sponsored marketing events to promote our services and attract new clients;

Requirements

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar;
  • At least two years of experience in flood insurance litigation;
  • Expertise in drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions;
  • Excellent research and writing abilities;
  • Experience with Westlaw and Microsoft Office products;
  • Deposition and mediation experience;
  • Highly organized, self-motivated individual capable of operating under minimal supervision;
