We are a plaintiff's civil litigation firm in Tampa, Orlando, and Boca Raton, Florida, seeking a mid to senior-level attorney with expertise in handling and litigating flood insurance claims.

Job Summary:

This role involves handling cases where the firm represents property owners in flood insurance and other first-party insurance disputes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and arguing motions, pleadings, and discovery documents, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, conducting trials, and participating in firm-sponsored marketing events.

Federal Court Litigation Experience Required:

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in Federal Court litigation and is well-versed in drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions. They possess excellent research and writing abilities, are proficient in Westlaw and Microsoft Office products, and have experience with deposition and mediation.
