As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing laws, regulations, and college policies to ensure a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned areas to prevent crime and detect violations of law and college regulations.
  • Respond to complaints, reports of violations, and requests for assistance.
  • Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and maintain crime scenes.
  • Direct traffic, control access, and movement of pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
  • Perform general police and public service functions, including crisis intervention and community-oriented information/assistance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and two (2) years of work experience in law enforcement.
  • Class 1 Law Enforcement Certification through SLED/SCCJA or ability to transfer certification from another state within 12 months of employment.
  • Valid driver's license.
