About the Role

Cepheid is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Acute healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with laboratory, pharmacy, infection control, nursing management, emergency department, risk management, and physician partners to identify qualified leads, grow market share, and increase revenue.
  • Drive demand for and adoption of new assays and instrumentation to deliver on quarterly and annual orders and revenue sales targets.
  • Optimize cycle time by using Salesforce.com to maintain customer and account activity, map visibility, and drive market share.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a field with 5+ years of related healthcare sales experience, preferably in laboratory diagnostics.
  • Proven sales success, specifically in selling premium-priced products.
  • Experience engaging multiple call points within the hospital, including both laboratory and outside-of-the-laboratory.
  • Ability to pass vendor credentialing requirements.
What We Offer
  • Annualized salary range: $90,000 - $120,000.
  • Bonus/incentive pay.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) eligibility.
