Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising employees, controlling labor costs, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees, including providing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
