About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Brumit Group. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience as a manager within the restaurant or retail industry. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the General Manager in the operation of the restaurant, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assisting with operational controls to help achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary up to $48,000 annually (based on experience), quarterly performance bonuses up to $4,800 per year (performance based), and a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and free meals. Requirements
