Job Summary:
The Sales Associate role at RL Jordan Oil is a dynamic position that requires a strong focus on customer service and sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service. Greet and thank all customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning the coffee bar and snack area, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Sales: Meet sales targets by suggesting possible purchases to customers and promoting store specials.
- Teamwork: Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with store operations and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Physical Requirements:
- Intermittent sitting, standing, bending
- Exposure to cold temperatures when stocking refrigerator units
