Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Engineer to join our team at SpikeIT Global Solutions Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF communication networks, including analog, digital, T1, fiber, microwave, SCADA, backup power, and network elements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operations, administration, and maintenance of large, multi-site, digital wireless communications systems.
  • Design and implement RF communication networks, including conventional and trunked land mobile radio systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF systems with other network elements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve network performance, reliability, and security.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve RF-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with RF communication networks, including analog, digital, T1, fiber, microwave, SCADA, backup power, and network elements.
  • 5+ years of experience with MPLS microwave networks.
  • 5+ years of experience with radio/network equipment.
  • 5+ years of experience with maintenance of large, multi-site, digital wireless communications systems.

Travel Requirements:

This position involves travel 50% of the time throughout the State of NJ.
