  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a scalable, high-impact sales strategy focused on rapidly expanding the mid-market customer base.
  • Pipeline Generation: Drive aggressive lead generation through outbound prospecting, strategic partnerships, and industry networking.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential eCommerce and DTC brands into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and refine messaging, sales playbooks, and lead conversion strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and innovative sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing or a technical field.
  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience with a strong track record of growing revenue in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or SaaS-based eCommerce solutions.
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and manage a high-performing sales team with a focus on new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
