Surgical Oncology Nurse

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts.
About the Role:This is a full-time position in Surgical Oncology, where you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Responsibilities:- Assess and plan patient care, implementing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in Surgical Oncology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
