Job Title: Registered Nurse - Surgical Oncology

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Surgical Oncology department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Assume responsibility for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
  • Have effective interpersonal and communication skills and ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree).
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
