Job Title: Registered Nurse - Surgical Oncology

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Oncology team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time nursing position that requires the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical oncology environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to surgical oncology patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in surgical oncology care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Experience in surgical oncology or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
