Job Title: Registered Nurse - Surgical Oncology

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Oncology team at Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, 36-hour per week position with a 12-hour day shift schedule. As a Registered Nurse in Surgical Oncology, you will provide direct clinical patient care, assess, plan, and implement care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. You will also supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care to assigned patients.
  • Supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification.
