The Acquisition Sales Team is tasked with forging new customer connections for Monster. We value your expertise as a sales strategist to spark interest, comprehend potential clients' recruitment hurdles, and illustrate how Monster's distinctive offerings can provide solutions.

We are currently assisting organizations in reaching candidates they have not previously engaged with, utilizing our comprehensive suite of solutions, including employer branding and performance-based marketing through various media channels.

This role presents an opportunity to advance your sales career into the realm of technology and digital sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively convey the value proposition of all Monster products, leveraging this knowledge alongside customer needs to penetrate new and re-engage existing accounts.
  • Exhibit persistence and tenacity, overcoming challenges while striving to enhance skills and meet objectives.
  • Achieve at least 100% of assigned revenue targets by proactively reaching out to new accounts.
  • Adhere to established benchmarks for the minimum number of demonstrations, meetings, and contacts daily.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of clients by documenting all account and sales activities.
  • Quickly establish rapport and trust with clients, new contacts, and prospects.
  • Identify needs, propose suitable solutions, negotiate pricing, and finalize accounts through phone and virtual meetings.
  • Stay informed about market trends, including competitor products, pricing strategies, new technologies, product specifications, and potential new offerings, and communicate these insights to management regularly.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions, address objections, and record metrics for each outbound call.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience with Monster by addressing client concerns with empathy.
  • Manage and maintain a detailed sales pipeline that is double the assigned quota to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Accurately forecast results within 5% of actual monthly outcomes.
  • Conduct product demonstrations as required.


Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of prior sales or customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound transactional or strategic sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Work experience in environments that fostered strong customer loyalty.
  • Familiarity with incentive-driven work settings.
  • A strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Salary range for this position: $47,000-$79,000. Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, job responsibilities, and certifications. Eligible candidates may also receive variable pay, including bonuses and commissions. Monster adheres to all local wage and hour regulations.
