Responsibilities- Revenue Growth: Set and exceed revenue targets by managing pipeline, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity.
- Customer Retention: Design and oversee strategies to maximize customer retention, minimize churn, and drive expansion revenue.
- Marketing Excellence: Ensure brand consistency, optimize demand generation, and strengthen our market presence.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, report, and act on ARR, NRR, churn, customer health scores, and other critical KPIs.
Our estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $220,000 per year, based on location and experience.
