About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Quality Brand Group. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Dunkin' restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a positive team environment, ensuring that all team members are motivated and empowered to deliver excellent service.
  • Oversee the preparation of products according to operational and quality standards, ensuring that our guests receive high-quality food and beverages.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all areas of the store are covered and that our guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, and cash, ensuring that our store operates within budget and that our guests receive value for money.
  • Ensure that our store meets all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, including compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment, including stocking, taking trash and cardboard out, and completing thorough cleaning of guest areas and restrooms as directed.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to fluently speak and read English.
  • Math and writing skills are essential.
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Passion for Results – set compelling targets and deliver on commitments.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making – make good decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
  • Building Effective Teams – get the right people in the right places, enabling them to make decisions and celebrate success as a team.
  • Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment.
  • This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
