Job Description Summary
This Industrial Laboratory Support Technician position is responsible for conducting tests, analyzing samples, and maintaining accurate records to support our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laboratory/industrial laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting
- Conduct quality control checks and assist in identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address any issues related to product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate production records throughout the manufacturing process
- Adhere to food safety protocols while handling products

Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work space
- Knowledge of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP)

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, based on industry standards and location.
