Responsibilities:- Conduct Laboratory Tests: Operate and maintain laboratory/industrial laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
- Quality Control Checks: Conduct quality control checks and assist in identifying areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to address any issues related to product quality.
- Laboratory Environment: Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Education: Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field or military experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
