About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Concrete Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will support our Quality Control team with various tasks, including assisting with mix designs, performing field and lab testing, maintaining equipment, and preparing reports.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in lab and field testing of concrete and aggregates under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help with trail batching processes, including material preparation and testing.
  • Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure inventory control for lab supplies and materials.
  • Assist in preparing project submittals and entering data into systems like Stonemont.
  • Conduct basic aggregate and concrete testing.
  • Help maintain and calibrate laboratory and field equipment.
  • Observe and participate in pre-job meetings to learn about quality-related challenges.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A basic knowledge of concrete and aggregate testing or coursework in a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Education

You should currently be pursuing a degree in Concrete Management, Civil Management, or a related field.
