Ocean Network Express, North America, Inc. is seeking a skilled Export Documentation Coordinator to join our team in Richmond. As a key member of our export operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our export documentation processes.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and submission of export documents, communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may arise during the export process.

You will work closely with our offshore teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have at least 0-2+ years of experience in a similar role or industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of export documents
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding export documentation
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the export process
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
