Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with U-Haul products and services, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Perform equipment inspections and maintenance, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
  • Answer customer questions and provide education on U-Haul products and services, promoting a positive and informative experience.
  • Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development through U-Haul University, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
