Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Spanish-speaking customer service representative to provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking clients. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in answering phone calls, assisting with inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with Spanish-speaking customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer
