Role Responsibilities:

As a Site Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a team of hourly workers on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, effective planning, and optimal performance of construction tasks.

  • Coordinate labor activities, materials, and equipment on-site, while ensuring the timely procurement of necessary resources.
  • Enforce safety standards and regulations for both your team and subcontractors.
  • Comprehend and adapt to the daily production schedule to meet project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Maintain an understanding of the company's core values and strategic objectives.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be able to pass a background check if assigned to specific projects.
  • Experience with Trimble machine control setup and calibration is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with subgrade stabilization techniques using lime and cement is beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Certification in OHSA 10 or OHSA 30 is preferred.
