About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to join our Panera Bread team. As a Team Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our bakery-cafe by developing our people, managing team performance, and building a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Your Team
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve sales goals.
    • Coach and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Drive Sales and Growth
    • Develop and execute plans to increase sales and drive business growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery-cafe, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
    • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and maintained.
  • Build a Positive Team Culture
    • Develop and implement strategies to build a positive and inclusive team culture.
    • Recognize and reward team members for their achievements and contributions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team.
