The Vice President of Enrollment Management Services will play a critical role in advancing the institution's vision by developing a comprehensive strategy for recruitment growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic enrollment plan that aligns with the institution's goals and objectives
- Lead a team of recruiters and enrollment professionals to achieve enrollment targets
- Manage and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies and optimize enrollment outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and communication tactics
- Identify and leverage technology to support recruitment efforts and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in education, higher education, public administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education, with increasing levels of responsibility
- Senior-level experience in enrollment management is required
