We are seeking an experienced and motivated ServiceNow developer with a passion for digital transformation. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Utility applications and be familiar with the latest advancements in technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including scripting in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
  • Enhance existing ServiceNow functionality and deploy new capabilities across various ServiceNow modules, ensuring platform optimization and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and configure solutions within the Now Platform to meet evolving business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work within the IT Business Management (ITBM) module to support the management of business portfolios, demand, and project delivery.
  • Support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes by designing and configuring workflows and automating business services.
  • Utilize Performance Analytics (PA) to build and enhance reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Implement and optimize Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions, enabling seamless interactions between customers and service teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related scientific or technical field and three (5) years minimum of relevant experience.
  • Five (5) years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects in diverse team environments with a focus on ServiceNow development tools and techniques, including scripting in JavaScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
  • Ability to design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., Azure).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, especially when working with large, complex datasets.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
