We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber and Information Systems Security Analyst/ISSO to join our team at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL). This individual will play a critical role in designing and operating national security systems, working closely with Information Systems Security Managers, Program Managers, System Administrators, and Program Security Representatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer operating systems, hardware, software, and security procedures. They will also have experience working with government sponsors through inspections and assessments, as well as a detailed knowledge of policy requirements such as NISPOM, JSIG, ICDs, RMF, and other relevant guidelines.

This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with managers and technical staff. A current DoD 8570 certification is also required, along with an active TS security clearance and the ability to obtain an SCI and CI Polygraph.

In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience solving information technology problems in a classified facility. They will also be skilled in crafting ATO packages using tools such as XACTA, LatteArt, ServiceNow, eMASS, or traditional methods.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $330,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
